Chers camarades,
Le dernier congrès a donné mandat à la FSU de mettre en place des listes 
de diffusion départementales. De nombreuses contraintes et 
contradictions se sont fait jour, risque d'accumulation de messages, 
syndiqués de petits syndicats injoignables, dispositifs existants dans 
"grosses" SD ou avec syndicats disposant de moyens informatiques 
conséquents etc... Comme synthèse et réponse à la demande en respectant 
l'existant, nous proposons le dispositif simple suivant : Une adresse 
unique est mise en place pour chaque SD du type infosd001 pour l'ain ou 
infosd974 pour la Réunion. Une SD voulant s'adresser à tous ses 
syndiqués devra poster sur cette liste. N'importe qui ne pourra pas 
poster et une sécurité sera mise pour éviter les spams. Derrière cette 
adresse se trouvera une liste fournie par les syndicats nationaux : 
Chaque syndicat national doit donc fournir à la FSU un fichier au format 
csv ou tableur dont la structure est identifiant du syndicat national 
adresse mail identifiant de la SD Ce fichier contient au moins autant de 
lignes que de sections départementales dans lesquelles le SN a des 
adhérents. Pour chaque section départementale, le SN peut porter les 
adresses mail de ses syndiqués dans cette SD (autant de lignes que de 
syndiqués) ou une adresse unique de la SD qui traitera l'information à 
redifuser. Il est possible d'avoir une même adresse pour plusieurs SD, 
voire si le traitement est national au syndicat une même adresse pour 
toutes les SD. Si une SD n'apparaît pas pour un syndicat national, cela 
signifie que les mails issus de cette SD ne seront transmis à aucun 
membre du syndicat. Les modifications se feront chaque début de mois de 
octobre à mai. Le fichier transmis par le SN écrase le fichier 
précédent, donc doit être complet à chaque fois. Vous trouverez ci-joint 
le modèle de fichier à fournir
